Searching for inspiration in the Bellevue Art Museum I happened upon the collaborative work of Janelle Abbott and Camilla Carper’s FEMAIL exhibit. The philosophy and spirit of their project was extremely motivational and represents exactly what art is at its core: recycled material.
Last weekend I decided to bust out my 50mm prime lens and practice shooting with a fixed focal length. I got some interesting results from it using only the available light there was. Added bonus, the subject is my cat Pixel which is just what the internet needed: more pictures of cats.
